dont seem to have had much time for crafting recently, as I'm busy with the run up to the big day......arent we all!!!!!!!! & Lucy has been poorly again, she 's on the mend now thanx to the steroids & hopefully she'll stay that way.
These 2 cards are for a customer who rang up today & asked for them for tomorrow, so hope she likes them, now I've some crimbo cards to make!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Afternoon folks, its been a bit cool here today, so I've spent the afternoon in me wee studio, having a play with this little gem. I know my colouring in needs vast improvement, but I really enjoyed it & I'm quite pleased with my first attempt, the stamp is by Graphicus
Been having a play with this design, its not decorated as much as I'd like, as I wanted to get it on here to show you. The panel behind the snowflake is backed with acetate & the peel-off is glittered & coloured, the panel after that is just backed with christmas paper. Obviously you can really go to town with the decoration of this, for now I've just left the base card plainish.
made using the new Sizzix folders, I just think its missing something, I would've put some lilac pearls in the corners, but I havent got any lol, probably should've used a slightly textured card for the base, oh well, back to the drawing board lol
about me blog hadnt you, lol. Just been really busy & when I've come to do some crafting, I'd lost me mojo, hopefully I've found it again now, This is a christening card I'd done for a customer, it was for her great granddaughter, the cross was cut on crikey using the wedding cart
Well I was chuffed to bits yesterday after finding out I'd won the Funky Fairies Challenge, especially as it was first ever entry into the challenge world, will have to enter some more now, lol
weather is a bit windy here today, altho the rain has kept off, not that it has worried me as I've been in my studio all morning, I've made a card very similar to the duck get well card below, for my sons teacher, he leaves school today altho he has to go in tomorrow for a 'graduation' assembly, I've also made this thank you card to go into my stock, as I'm doing a craft fayre next month, so I need to get me skates on......................!!!! The paper is from the Daisy & Dandelion paper stack, everything else is from my stash! Hope you like it..
Its been a gorgeous day here, so I spent the afternoon gardening!! Having a play this evening, this is from the cuddly buddly cd, its only a rough draft as I wanted to see how it all goes together, & altho I'm not entirely happy with it, ( it was only cut out quickly) I think once I've sussed it properly it will look nice when finished.............

Well, the weather has stayed dry after all, which I'm pleased about as my daughter has gone off to the Lake District for a few days with school, & they are abseiling this afternoon, I'm sure they'll all have a fab time.
A friend of ours has a lady friend in Thailand so he asked me if I could do a card for her & this is what I came up with, the image is Penny black & the top paper is Amethyst Infusion by Papermania, the greeting says 'Happy Birthday To My love'
Evening folks, this is another card order, the image is decoupaged & from Kanban, everything else from my stash, have just noticed that on the photo the ribbon looks navy in my opinion, it was black tho!!
Good evening, I was having a 'me' day today & of course it never works out that way does it???????
Managed to get in my studio & made this card for my neighbours little girl, not sure about it tho, I liked the ribbon on it but now its stuck down, I dont & I think the right side of the card looks a little plain so might put a couple of gems just to bling it up a wee bit!!!!!
This was done for a friends daughter, who had a baby girl this morning, I'm chuffed to bits for him, the teddy bear is from some wrapping paper & is decoupaged, everything else from my stash, Thanx for stopping by,
Good evening , been very windy today, just right for staying in & crafting. Have been busy today, I've made a few cards & took them to the shop that sells them for me & I've done these two cards for a customer & this is what she wanted.
Eeyore was cut on crikey & the backing paper is the new 'Daisy & Dandelion' paper pack, which is just gorgeous.
The wedding card was for a couple who got married abroad, hence the colour, the hearts were cut on crikey using the wedding cart & the yellow paper is from Kanban
Morning everyone, seems I've neglected my blog over the last few days, but with having the Rainbow sleepover, visitors, doing my garden etc etc, I've not had much time to do any crafting. I'm off out to the Kanban outlet today with a friend so looking forward to that. Hopefully will have a card to upload aswell later!!!!

I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer last year & altho I'm still undergoing treatment I'm pleased to say I'm on the mend now, I wouldnt have got thru it without the support of my wonderful & very special sister Cheryl, (who has also battled this terrible disease) my best friend & other half Gary & my 2 children who all mean the world to me.
